3. Contact EBA to schedule your winter training program!

This service is offered on a year round basis and is a flexible option for those groups of families where our regular camp schedules don't work. 

This program provides a fun atmostphere which will develop players on the 5 basic tools of baseball helping the player develop a strong fundamental skill set to build off of. Compared to our FALL program, our WINTER will provide our coaching staff more time to go further in depth and breakdown the finer details on the "tools" of baseball. 

Players will be provided with a massive boost in confidence, in depth look at the basic knowledge of the game while each player receives 100's of repetitions to expedite player development. 

EXTENSIVE TRAINING WILL INCLUDE:

• First 15 players will be accepted

• AGILITY WORK - Players will go through an agility session at the first of every session. 

• PROPER THROWING MECHANICS - Extensive discussion and repetitive instruction will be relayed to players regarding proper throwing mechanics. 

• INFIELD DEVELOPMENT - proper infield mechanics | making angles to ground balls | introduction to 8 different types of ground balls | double play feeds and receiving 

• OUTFIELD DEVELOPMENT - proper outfield mechanics | proper angles to the 6 different types of batted balls | how to read fly balls | positioning on fly balls to promote 

• BASE-RUNNING INSTRUCTION - running out an infield hit | rounding the base on a base hit | proper leads from all bases | reading ground balls | dirt ball reads

• HITTING DEVELOPMENT - proper mechanics | how to generate power | why the lower half is most important | how strong posture creates efficient hand path
