Pitching philosophies will also be discussed as the player will learn how the body works during the delivery and how to provide efficient mechanics to help stimulate stamina and control while increasing velocity.

EXTENSIVE TRAINING WILL INCLUDE:

Private Lessons are the MOST EFFECTIVE way to train as a baseball player, period.

Private Lessons can be offered with or without a video analysis. We highly recommend video analysis during these sessions because it is the most effective training tool that a baseball player can use to their advantage. SESSION 3 OF 3: This program will introduce players to the basics of baseball while getting them off on the right foot to start their baseball development. Benefits of this camp will be increased confidence, a basic knowledge of the game with many repetitions of different baseball specific skills. 

EXTENSIVE TRAINING IN SESSION 3 WILL BUILD UPON DEVELOPMENT IN SESSION 2.

Team & Association Development Camps are designed in such a way that players will receive 100's of reps to maximize their potential on the diamond resulting in your team having more success throughout the season! EBA aslo will provide the coaches with some training tips and training drills which they can take with them to use at future practices.

DETAILS OF TEAM CAMPS:

• Players will maximize reps in a short period of time
• Players and Coaches will receive training from EBA Coaches who provide collegiate based training methods unique to EBA.
